This page provides an introduction to free text fields
You can add formatted text boxes to your form using Free Text
The Free Text option is shown in the right hand column
Give the free text feild a name. This will not be visible to respondents
Write your content in the feild provided. You can format your text and even add images or videos using markdown.

The preview tab shows how the text will appear to Respondents
