This session covers how to create a new survey and add questions to your form.

Session Overview

This session helps you create a new survey and add questions to your Form.

It explains how a Form is structured using Pages, Sections and Questions. It also shows how you can test your Form as you build it.

This first session is slightly longer than the other sessions and will take approximately 45 mins to complete. I hope that you enjoy it!

Learning outcomes

On completing this session, you should feel confident with the following.

• Creating a new survey

• Understanding the 3 main parts of a survey (Form Editor, Survey Editor and Analytics)

• Understanding the structure of a Form (Pages, Sections and Questions)

• Know how to add a variety of question types (text, radio group, checkbox group and ratings)

• Be able to add additional Pages

• Know how to test a Form

• Know how to add simple logic to a Form

• Know how to to 'Publish' a Form and why this is necessary

• Know how to give team members access to a form
