Last updated 2 years ago

Although this is an advanced feature, it is simple to add your own survey terms

Context

In order to respond to a survey on the application, respondents must agree to the software providers terms of service.

You have the option to ask respondents to agree to your own terms of service if you would like

Step 1

To add your own survey terms, first toggle on the 'Advanced' settings.

You will see additional options appear in the Survey Definition menu, including 'Terms'

Step 2

To add your your own terms, toggle on 'Add Survey Terms'

Markdown is supported and CSS Classes can be used to display or hide accessibility modes.

You can use the Preview tab to see how your terms will be presented to respondents

Step 3

The terms can be translated into any of the languages which are active for the survey

Step 4

Once your terms are written, you can customize how they will be presented to survey respondents

Step 5

By default, terms appear as a popup window when a user click on a terms link

Step 6

This is how your terms will appear if you select the option 'under sign checkbox as plain text'
