The Subscription page allows you to control your subscription plan and view your billing history

This is what the 'Subscription' page looks like when you are within your trail period and are yet to set up a payment method.

When you have set up a payment method, you will just see the details of your current subscription
Setting up a payment method
It is possible to set up a payment method at any time. However the way of doing this will depend upon whether you are in your trail period or not.
The short video below shows how to set up a payment method in both circumstances. As shown in the video you can set up a Direct Debit with your bank or pay using a debit or credit card.
Upgrading, changing or cancelling your plan
It is not currently possible to upgrade or change your plan from the Subscription page. If you would like to do this please email [email protected]
If you would like to cancel your plan, this can be done from the billing potral as shown in the video below.
Invoice
You can view and download your invoices from the 'invoice' menu.

Payment
You can view your payment history under 'payments'

Quota
Under 'Quota' you can see the number of 'Surveys' and 'Teams' you have available under your current plan.
In the future you will be able to puchase additions surveys or teams from here if this is more cost effective than upgrading your plan. This feature is not yet in place.
