My Profile

This page describes how to set up your personal profile

Each user can create their own profile on the platform. You can also reset your email or passwords from this page

Step 1

The 'My profile' settings are accessed in the menu settings in the left hand column

Step 2

To edit your profile, toggle on the 'edit profile' button in the top right hand corner

This will enable you to:

• Change how your name is displayed on the platform

• Upload a profile picture

• Specify your gender

• Reset your email

• Reset your password

If you have user rights on more than one program you can also choose which is your active program

Step 3

To update your email, select 'update email' and follow the prompts.

It is best practice to 'verify' your updated email address.

Step 4

To reset your password, select 'reset password' and follow the prompts.

Step 5

Changing your email or password requires you to have been signed into your account recently. If you attempt to change either setting when you have been logged in to your account for more than a few minutes, you will see this error message.

You will need to log out of your account, log back in and immediately change these settings.
